Manufacturing process

  1. Prepare materials: First, prepare materials, including balls, bearing housings, sealing rings, 3-bolt flange bearing housing, etc.
  2. Processing of balls: process the balls into spheres of a certain size and shape to ensure their quality and dimensional accuracy.
  3. Manufacture the bearing cover: use an automatic lathe and other equipment to process the bearing cover into the required size and shape.
  4. Manufacture of sealing rings: select suitable materials, and make sealing rings through mold pressing, grinding, and other processes.
  5. Assemble the bearing: Assemble the bearing shell between the ball and the bearing housing, assemble the cage and sealing ring, and use professional equipment to test and calibrate the temperature and speed.

  • Tighten the bolts with a wrench to ensure the bearings are firmly in place. If more security is required, bolt-locking glue can be applied.
  • Check the position of the bearings and bolts. Re-orient and position bearings if necessary.
