GJP has been developing this sealed split spherical roller bearing for construction machine with high quality level, which requires this bearing to afford heavy loading, and slow rotation, this type of spherical plain bearing is made of two round races (inner race and outer race) and with phosplating and blackening treatment on the surface, because of it’s roundness of the bearing race, the bearing itself could rotate freely in any angle, the bearing has grease hole and one grease groove on bearing race, and there is one axial split in outer race, and has double seals on both side of bearing, GJP produce this bearing with radial internal clearance at 0.05 to 0.1mm and 62KN dynamic loading, 310KN static loading capacity.
