GJP Ultra High Temperature/Speed Ball Bearings HT6202ZZ For Special Environments, the working temperature for this bearing could be up to 800 degree centigrade, which is designed with special high temperature inner race and outer ring, and use Kluber High Temperature Greases, and special cage and rolling elements for supporting the good performance of bearings, except the high temperature feature, all the data and technical skills are completely controlled under ISO stardard.

In order to withstand extreme high working temperature, and in order to make sure the the bearing race could keep stable and not expansion, GJP need to carefully select a good and stable bearing alloy steel, and do the special heat treatment accordingly, meanwhile we need to special re-desgin the bearing structure to make sure that the bearing could perform well in the high temperature environment, as the running out and internal radial clearance might change at special hot place, and sometimes in order to make sure the bearing could have high speed and high temperature environments, we use the ceramic ball to substitute the steel ball, as the ceramic ball is lighter compared with the steel material, which allow high speed working environments, and because of its stability for ceramic material, it could allow us to produce higher precision bearing when use the ceramic material.
