3. Check coupling alignment and bearings
Couplings must be aligned to workmanship standards. For axial-flow induced draft fans, hydraulic couplings, etc., the thermal expansion of the equipment during operation should also be considered. The impeller side of the induced draft fan expands due to heat, and the bearing housing rises. When the temperature of the fluid coupling increases, the bearing seat expands and the bearing rises. Therefore, the timing of the motor should be higher. The size of the reserve should be based on the characteristics of the equipment. Depends on operating temperature parameters.
First, consider the type of load that the bearing will be subjected to. Is it a radial load or a thrust load?
Second, consider the size and weight of the object that the bearing will be supporting.
Third, consider the speed of the object.

How does your company control the quality level for the bearings which you don’t produce at your own factory?
GJP has our own quality control at the outgoing purchasing products, after we confirm the order to another party, we would have our assistant manager to follow up the order production situation and check the sales contract whether we have the third party produce according to customer’s requirements, then during our cargo’s production time, we would go and visit our partners to see the production control for our products, whether they did produce at the tolerance we request on their CNC grinding machine, and whether they assembly with the clearance we need, and did you mark the right letter which we requests on sales control, after factory finished the products, they would transport to our own factory, then we would freely select normally 10% from each carton to check the quality, after everything is approved, then the cargo would be finally allowed to ship to customer’s hands.
