The inspection steps before vertical spherical bearing installation are as follows:

Prepare installation tools, measuring tools, oil stones, lubricants, waste cloth, etc. These tools should remove impurities such as dirt or attachments in advance;
Confirm whether the shaft is bent, scratched, and conforms to the specified size or shape;
Even if there is a very small scratch on the mating surface, it should be removed with oil stone or fine sandpaper. In addition, it is also necessary to confirm whether the part in contact with the sealing ring is the specified surface roughness, and wipe the shaft with a clean lung to prevent foreign matter such as dirt from adhering to it;
Clean the inside of the vertical spherical bearing to prevent foreign matter such as dirt or metal powder;
Confirm the flatness of the vertical spherical bearing installation surface (the vertical bearing seat must not be loose when placed on the frame).
