Installation of two bolt flange bearing

• Prepared tools: installation tools, wrenches, screwdrivers, grease, etc.
• Preparations: Clean the installation site and the surfaces on both sides to ensure that there is no oil and foreign matter attached.
• Remove the mounting screws: Take reverse rotation on the outside of the screw heads on both sides, and remove the mounting screws.
• Install the pulley: place the pulley into the mounting hole and align with the screw holes.
• Fixing screw: Use a wrench to tighten the screw and tighten it clockwise.
• Lubricating parts: add a proper amount of lubricant to the rolling parts to ensure that the wear is reduced and the service life is improved during correct operation.
