Vibration of thread rod end bearing is very sensitive to the damage of the rod end bearing, such as peeling, indentation, rust, crack, wear, etc. will be reflected in the vibration measurement for this rod end bearing. The measuring instrument (frequency analyzer, etc.) can measure the magnitude of the vibration, and the specific situation of the abnormality cannot be inferred from the frequency division. The measured value varies depending on the application conditions of the rod end articulated bearing or the sensor installation position, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and compare the measured values of each machine in advance to determine the judgment standard.
Thread rod end bearing is a joint bearing with a rod end or mounted on the rod end, which belongs to a class of joint bearings.
The vibration of the thread rod end bearing is very sensitive to the damage of the rod end. The temperature of the thread rod end bearing can generally be inferred from the temperature outside the rod end bearing chamber. If the oil hole can directly measure the temperature of the outer ring of the rod end spherical bearing, it is more appropriate. Usually, the temperature of the thread rod end bearing starts to rise slowly as the rod end rotates and reaches a steady state after 1-2 hours. The normal temperature of the thread rod end bearing varies with the heat capacity, heat dissipation, speed and load of the machine. If the lubrication and installation part are suitable, the temperature of the rod end joint bearing will rise sharply, and abnormally high temperature will occur. At this time, the operation must be stopped and necessary preventive measures should be taken. The use of thermal sensors can monitor the working temperature of the thread rod end bearing at any time, and realize automatic alarm or stop when the temperature exceeds the specified value to prevent the occurrence of burning shaft accidents.
