GJP Plastic Two Bolt Bearing Unit SUCFLPL206-19 is combined with one stainless steel bearing insert SSUC206-19 and one stainless steel plastic housing, bearing insert is made from SUS440C material, which is filled with food grade grease FM222(white color grease), and housing is made from plastic material, which could be black, green or white color, and housing could have a cap also, which depends on customers’ actual request,normlly GJP plastic all plastic housing unit with solid base.

They have better shock absorption and anti-vibration performance than ordinary cast iron housings or stamped housings. With the continuous development of new bearing seat materials, it is more and more widely used in engineering. According to different situations, the plastic outer spherical bearing unit can be made of different materials, such as POM, HDPE, PP, UPE, PTFE, etc. The bearing seat of GJP company generally adopts PBT material.

Features of Plastic Two Bolt Bearing Unit SUCFLPL206-19:

1. Excellent chemical resistance. Except for molten alkali metals above 300C, fluorinated media and sodium hydroxide, it can withstand almost all strong acids (including aqua regia), as well as strong oxidants, reducing agents and various organic solvents.

2. Excellent heat resistance, its melting temperature is 324℃, decomposition temperature is 415℃, maximum use temperature is 250℃, embrittlement temperature is -190℃, heat distortion temperature (below 0.46MPa) is 120℃.

3. It has the smallest surface tension in solid materials and does not adhere to any substances.
