GJP Drawn Cup Needle Roller Bearings are combined with one thin-walled pressed steel outer race (outer shell) plus steel cage and needle rollers, and it’s double seal type with open end, all the needle rollers are produced with chrome steel material at through-hardened process and with four times’ repeated grinding in both end of needle roller, through this, it could gurantee the rolling elements not to scratch the slot of cage and maintain good up and down movement for the rollers in cage, for the outer shell, it has a reduced cross-section which could be used in limited spaces, for the cage, normally it’s steel cage, and if there is a letter “TN” mentioning , it stands for nylon cage, the working temperature for this bearing is ranging from -20 degree centrigrate to +120 degree centigrade.

Drawn cup needle roller bearings are assemblies, there are two types of open type and closed type. The assembly includes a thin-walled drawn cup, needle roller and cage assembly.

In addition, the sealing ring plays an axial guiding role for the cage.
