If the bearing assembly is on the same side as the stop pin, but on the opposite side of the oil injection hole, it is commonly known as a positive sleeve.
If the tightening device and the stop pin are on different sides, but on the same side as the oil injection hole, it is commonly known as a reverse sleeve. The 50mm pillow block bearing adopts a double-layer sealing device, and the inner layer adopts a wear-resistant and oil-resistant rubber sealing ring with a skeleton, which is embedded in the outer ring of the bearing. In the grooves on both sides, a closed oil storage chamber is formed between the inner and outer rings of the bearing; the outer side of the sealing ring has a dust-proof retaining ring pressed on the inner ring of the bearing, which can achieve better dust-proof and Lubrication effect.
