The GJP 35mm Bore Triple Seal Pillow Block Bearing UCP207 is perfect for chuck applications. It’s got a grease fitting and cap at a 45-degree angle, and the insert bearing has a wide inner ring with two set screws to keep it locked on the shaft. The bearing insert and housing come together with a tight J7 fit. This thing is super popular and comes in all sorts of sizes to meet your needs. We’ve got the most commonly used sizes in stock and can even get our hands on imperial units with shaft diameters from 12mm to 90mm. Now we have 7 production lines for our pillow block factory, we would turn the outer diameter of housing, turn the housing base, turn the grease groove, drilling the holes, drilling the grease hole at the same time with 7 production lines, so that we could make sure the quick production, and for the bearings, we could do the turning and grinding by ourself, for the heat treatment, because other people have better equipment for annealing, at present, we send out our turning products to outside professional factory for heat treatment, then we get back for doing the rough grinding and super-finished grinding by ourself.
