The installation of the spherical pillow block bearing ucp 205:

1. Before installing the bearing on the shaft, the fixing pin of the bearing jacket must be pulled out first, and the surface of the journal must be polished smooth and clean, and the journal should be oiled to prevent rust and lubricate (allow the bearing to rotate slightly on the shaft).
2. Apply lubricating oil on the mating surface of the bearing seat and the bearing, and install the bearing into the bearing seat. Then put the assembled bearing on the shaft together with the bearing seat and push it to the desired position for installation.
3. Do not tighten the bolts that fix the bearing seat first, so that the bearing shell can rotate in the bearing seat. Also install the bearing and seat on the other end of the same shaft, turn the shaft a few times, and let the bearing itself find the correct position automatically. Re-tighten the bearing housing bolts.
4. Install eccentric sleeve. First put the eccentric sleeve on the eccentric step of the inner sleeve of the bearing, and tighten it in the direction of rotation of the shaft by hand, then insert the small iron rod into or against the countersunk hole on the eccentric sleeve, and tap the small iron rod in the direction of rotation of the shaft with a hand hammer. Iron rod to make the eccentric sleeve firmly installed, and finally lock the hexagon socket screw on the eccentric sleeve.

If necessary, pre-interference installation can be performed to increase the rigidity of the bearing.

Yes, we welcome so much that customers send their engineers or any other third party personal inspectors or inspecting company come and inspect the cargo, GJP have been supplied some bearings to one UK Consultant company, this company purchase some bearings for the port equipment which requires DNV checking, During production they would pay lot of money and send DNV guy from Shanghai to get the material back to Shanghai for stamping DNV on the non-working parts in bearings, then when the bearings are ready for shipment, their engineers and DNV guy would come to our factory again to do the inspection, including the whole dimensions and technical data, and also the MT and UT testing, then after all approved, we release the shipment to customers.
