About this question, I think there are many issues to cause the bearings fail, one of the big reason is the loading weight, before you purchase the bearings, it is better that you could know what’s the loading requirements for the bearings you need, please make sure that your bearings did not afford over-loading, some users, when the loading capacity requirements are too big, they would use a plummer block, or a Cast Iron Housing or Just a bushing, or they consider to use the full complement bearings without rolling elements. This is one reason, and another reason, you might assembly the bearings with the wrong way, and make the wrong torque in wrong direction, which cause the fails of thrust or radial load.
