GJP 15/16″ green color pillow block bearing UCP205-15 with solid base housing. Which has grease zerk on 45 degree angle, and the insert bearing has a wide inner ring with two set screws for locking on the shaft, bearing insert and housing are normally assemblied with J7 tight fitting.

Green color pillow block bearing consists of radial insert ball bearings with seals on both sides and cast (or stamped sheet steel) housings.

The internal layout of green color pillow block bearing is similar to that of deep groove ball bearings, but the inner ring of this bearing is wider than the outer ring. The outer ring has a truncated spherical surface, which is quite self-aligning with the concave spherical surface of the bearing seat.

Usually, there is a gap between the inner hole and the shaft of this kind of bearing, and the inner ring of the bearing is fixed on the shaft with a top wire, an eccentric sleeve or an adapter sleeve, and rolls with the shaft.

1. Molding Firstly
2. Sand Casting, need to wait around 3hours for cooling.
3. Sand Throwing, need to roughly get rid of the sand.
4. Polishing the spur.
5. Machining the bottom, inner diameter, outer diameter, bolt hole, grease groove.
6. Drilling the grease fitting.
7. Painting, GJP use electrostatic paint spraying.
8. Assembled with the bearing insert.
9. Packaging the poly bag, color box, outer carton and pallet.
