GJP good quality 11/16″ Heavy Duty Pillow Block Bearings with solid base housing and radial insert ball bearing with grub set screw to lock to the shaft. Which is smaller size and has grease zerk on 45 degree angle, and the insert bearing has a wide inner ring with spherical outer diameter, bearing insert and housing are normally assemblied with J7 tight fitting.

Heavy duty pillow block bearings come standard with grey cast iron, offering greater flexibility in sealing and lubrication options (grease or oil available). Suitable equipment includes: belt processing equipment, fans and blowers in steel mills, felt rolls and dryers in the paper industry, crushers, hammer mills and drying furnaces in the ore processing industry.

Advantages of heavy duty pillow block bearings

  1. The lower seat of the heavy duty pillow block bearing is equipped with an oil level observation oil mark, the operator can see the oil level at any time, and replenish the oil in time to prevent insufficient oil and poor lubrication and avoid bearing damage accidents.
  2. The normal operating temperature of the heavy duty pillow block bearing is much lower than that of the dry oil lubricated bearing, which prolongs the life of the bearing.
  3. The oil content of the oil chamber of the heavy duty pillow block bearing can be reduced by setting the outer diameter of the rolling bearing (on the premise of ensuring sufficient strength and torque for the installation of the inlet and outlet devices), and the connection end face of the hollow shaft and the inlet and outlet screw cylinders is provided with flanges. Connect with the inlet and outlet spiral barrel flanges. On the end face of the thickness of the hollow shaft, set the inner sleeve flange of the compression bearing to prevent the direction of the bearing from flying out.
  4. Thin oil lubrication is better than grease lubrication, so that the friction coefficient Z of the bearing is minimized, and the power saving effect is better.

Remove the bearing jacket, prevent dust from entering the bearing housing, maintain good oil quality, ensure the life of the bearing, and ensure safe and reliable operation. The diameter of the hollow shaft of the rolling bearing part becomes thicker, and the diameter distance between the rolling bearing and the spiral barrel of the incoming and outgoing material becomes larger, which plays a certain role in heat insulation and cooling. The diameter of the rolling bearing is increased, which is different from the average outer diameter of the hollow shaft. The thin oil lubricating chamber is used to improve the thin oil level and reduce the overflow of thin oil. This cage has a certain blocking effect on external intrusion objects (moisture, dust, etc.), but it is not sufficient as a sealing device, especially in the case of particularly high sealing performance requirements, the use of contact rubber sealing rings (such as deep groove ball bearings, bearing unit) or other sealing structures.
