Installation of spherical bearing housing
- Before installing the bearing on the shaft, it is necessary to remove the fixed pin of the outer cover of the bearing, and at the same time polish the surface of the motor shaft to be clean and clean, and apply oil to the motor shaft for anti-rust treatment and lubrication (allow the bearing to rotate slightly on the shaft).
- Cooperate and mix grease between the seated bearing and the bearing, and install the rolling bearing into the seated bearing. Then put the installed rolling bearing on the shaft together with the seated bearing. Send to the desired location for installation.
- The bolts that fix the bearing with seat need not be tightened first, so that the outer cover of the bearing can rotate on the bearing with seat. Install the bearing and seat at the other end on the same shaft in the same way, rotate the shaft twice, and let the bearing itself automatically align itself. Then tighten the anchor bolts of the bearing with seat.
- Install the stop ring. First put the stop ring on the axial force step of the inner pad of the bearing, and tighten it by hand along the rotation direction of the shaft. Then insert the small iron rod into or against the counterbore on the stop ring. Hit the small iron rod with the hammer along the rotation direction of the axis. Make the stop ring installed firmly, and then tighten the hexagon socket head screws on the stop ring.
