Needle roller bearings have a large bearing capacity and are suitable for support structures with restricted installation dimensions. The journal surface is hardened as a rolling surface.
The bearing is press-fitted into the seat hole, and there is no need to axially position it. The bearing should be filled with a suitable amount of grease before installation. Normally, no lubrication is required after assembly. BK bearings are used for the support of journals without protruding ends. The end face is sealed to seal and can withstand small axial movement.
